We are looking for someone that can see the big picture, can work on the details and can take lead on introducing systems and processes alongside administration and organisational duties. We are looking for someone to fulfil a unique and varied role who shares our values and passion (you might not love signage yet, but just you wait!). Here is a glimpse into the greatness that you’ll provide:

• Carry out administrative functions as required.
• Provide ongoing support to the Managing Director
• Financial administrative duties including loading bills, invoicing clients, and paying suppliers.
• Payroll and HR Management
• Co-ordinate staff training, meetings, functions, and events
• Managing Staff and Client Feedback
• Co-ordinate processes, systems and administration duties as required
• Enjoy working in a team environment, anticipating the needs of others and love what you do.
