You will be in charge of starting and dominating the Auckland signage scene, but with the support, contacts and connections to get things moving quickly thanks to existing systems.
You’ll be tasked in helping setup, develop and hiring other like minded ninjas who share the same vision.
You will have a say in the operations and management of the branch and help develop program’s that make Sign Foundry even more awesome, guiding our markets to deliver strategic results for our customers.

We are looking for someone that has a passion for signage, enjoys having a laugh and is a team player.
After hours work and occasional overnight travel is required from time to time. Don’t worry, it has perks and we don’t normally work weekends! We do work across NZ, Australia and Pacific Islands.
Job Requirements and the low down:
You will be working along side the management team to create a world class signage shop based in Auckland.
You will put your business hat on and help with recruitment and getting the best people in the industry together.
Day to day management of the branch.
Project management and objective planning with the team.
Own operations efficiency – strategy / structure / improvements.
Deliver costing and project reports to clients. You need to be deadline driven.
You’ll need to be adaptable and ready for anything. In true Sign Foundry style we do everything in our own unique way which means you’ll be busy getting your hands dirty helping with a massive variety of projects (all fun and crazy rewarding!).
Be a team player and ready to shake things up. We are not your normal sign shop!
You need to be able to resolve problems; completing audits; identifying trends and enforce standards and procedures.
Key Requirements:
Driven and out to achieve success.
Put your heart and soul into everything you do.
Hard worker and punctual.
Previous management experience.
5+ years signage experience is preferred.
Full drivers license with a clean history.
